#1 Reason Why Startups Fail

Let's look at the #1 reason why startups will fail, "No market need." Doing your research and know who your market is before doing anything should be your first step. I am amazed to see 42% of failures are due to this. If this is your reason for failing then that is telling me you didn't do your due diligence and properly research who your potential customers would be. How does that happen? What problem were you trying to solve for people, or what value did you think you were going to provide?

No market need should never be anyone's reason for failure.
